Public Nudity Crime without DCL?

I decided not to use DCL on my new characters as I barely used most of it's amazing features, and when I got caught in something too distracting from quest gameplay I would use the safe word! lol! One of the features I like from DCL is the public nudity being a crime, and bounty.

Is there another mod that has these features for public nudity? I know Sexlab Adventures is getting started and has crime features. Does Pirson Overhaul have this too? The description for that mod is... missing.
