Tutorial to make very simple horse/creature animation?

Hello everyone, not sure if this is the right place to write this but I will try. I am lookimg for some tutorial how to make very simple animation and import it im your skyrim. Specifically I am trying to make horse stand on his back legs, I dont need the female in the animation do anything, I dont want stages or timers. Just this pose of the horse. I found many complicated guides explaining everything how to makw good animations with many actors but didnt find anywhere what I am looking for. If someome is willing to explain it by himself I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for any help

Wow, I thought it will be less complicated because all I want is one pose :D, guess I was wrong.  Thanks for the links I will check them out
