CTD Vigilant mod whiterun

Hi, 

 

I recently downloaded the Vigilant mod from Vicn (and the english voice add-on).
The mod started fine until i was asked to get to the Hall of the dead of Whiterun where I CTD on loading.

I used TES5edit to see if there was any incompatibilities but it didn't revealed one there. 

I have tried to see if it was the mod itself by only enabling him, and it didn't CTD. 

My game is pretty heavily modded and it is a bit long to verify each mod with Vigilant, this is

why I come here to ask some advice and hints on which mod could be responsible for the CTD.

First, try to coc (using the console) to the Hall of the Dead. If doing this also causes a crash then one (or mods) is doing something inside the Hall of the Dead that the engine doesn't like. In such an obscure location (as opposed to say the Bannered Mare or Dragonsreach) this is, again in my experience, most often caused by the lack of a requirement for a mod that is only (or first) accessed when entering a site (in your case the Hall of the Dead). It can, of course, also be caused by two mods both trying to change a location at the same time. In either case you would have a better idea of what would cause these with your load order than I would.

thanks for the advices.

I've already tried coc and it didn't work. 

It might be that two mods are trying to edit the cell. 
countinuing my research and experiments to try and solve this problem i found out that only PatchusMaximus.esp causes the CTD. It seems that Vigilant is incompatible with Overhauls mods as it add new perks.
If anyone knows of a patch for vigilant I am open to suggestions

Get rid of Perkus and it's baggage. It's day has long gone.

 

That is a seriously alphabetical load order and also one that adds a huge amount of extra content (= extra strain) to your game.
