Artifacting on Sky UI then CTD.

I recently built a new PC with a AMD threadripper installed, I am now trying to install my favourite mods into Skyrim. I know they work because they work fine on my old pc. Well on the new PC I get this strange artifacting when I open up any menu with SkyUI installed and then the game will CTD when I close the menus. I have looked around and tried all the papyrus fixes I can find but nothing seems to work. 

 

The only way I have found out how to kind of solve this problem is by removing some of the mods that use a MCM menu or UI on the main HUD. This has given me a some what stable game at the moment. 

 

It's as though the game engine goes into melt down on a faster PC when it was designed for consoles. Any help would be appreciated into this problem.

"strange artifacting" sound like driver problem in a new machine... Test your machine with others games...

 

If the problem is ONLY in Skyrim, try make screenshot and put your plugin list and modlist.txt if you have MO.

This isn't my screen shot but its exactly the same problem. 

 

Current load order is this and at the moment it seems stable. When I add "A Matter of Time" or "FNIS PCEA2- Player Exclusive animations" I get this strange artifacting. 

 

To note I have also followed the advice found on other forums about this problem without any success. So I am hoping someone here who knows more about this kind of problem than me can give me some pointers. 

 

Its like if I use too many MCM or GUI systems the game really doesn't like it. I have manually locked my FPS to 59 via my GFX card utility and running in boarderless window mode with Real Vision ENB. I have also changed my settings as mentioned for the ENB I am using.

I remember similar artifacts some months ago in a post here in tecnical suport...

 

Try disable your ENB, normally with shift+F12.

If the problem disappear is a problem in ENB config.

If the problem persist is a problem in an ilumination mod.

Ah you know that just kicked my brain into gear. I am using Climates of Tamriel this time round coupled with Realistic Lighting. I will look into these and see if it helps. Thank you for the help.
