If you install a mod from LE which has a bsa, then the game wont start, which is the case in this mod. Run it through cao and it will work.

get it to work back then. But I did an experiment. I replaced that esp with your download TAK and at long last I got it to work. And people weren't kidding, it really does look good. There's just one problem now that I finally got the chance to see it with my own eyes. I wouldn't consider it much of a player home, or at least something for a Home Sweet Home cell for PAH/DoM This feels more like a location you would have as an addon for a slavery mod or an added AYGAS town auction location like Helgen Reborn or Beyond Bruma. Or like a Restless Hunter 2.0 A place where slaves get sold not trained. That's what I did when my idea clicked
