He probably got full time > 40 hours job where they waste his talent and potential.

As Nepro suggested I got a new job that took up much more time.

 

My Oblivion modding is now permanently discontinued, if only because my Oblivion install stopped working and the thought of rebuilding it was too exhausting to handle.

 

I may contribute some things to Skyrim eventually, but my days of doing DMRA conversions for Oblivion are, sadly, at their end.
