CTD on new game star even with all mods turned off. Any ideas?

if your vanilla game (=all mods deactivated) CTD on game start (=before/after skyrim intro vid)

- you might have SKSE not installed or you dont start skyrim with it

- you might not have started the vanilla game once to create skyrim.ini via steam (and you started the game via SKSE right away)

 

if you crash during LAL PC creation during on a new game start

- you might have too many animation installed (my guess, i see lots of SLAL packs in your load order)

=> reduce SLAL packs till the CTD stops

=> check FNIS output for the amount of installed animations, most of the time its over 12k animations that your game starts to crash that way

I use XXL FNIS version and it seems like processing all the anims normally. Ofc using  SKSE. And I've already made skyrim.ini I'll try to reduce number of anims

it doesnt matter in this case how FNIS processes your animations

its just the sheer amount of animations that can produce that kind of CTD

means FNIS XXL is able to register 20k animations, but depending on your load order the real amount of animations that your setup can handle is way lower

with all those bigger and better SLAL packs and with framework mods that offer more and more animations its easy to overdo it

just check other topics about "CTD on creating new game" in skyrim support, if thats the reason why you CTD than your not alone^^

I want to emphasize what Donttouchmethere said. FNIS tells you how many animations that FNIS can handle - NOT how many your heavily modded Skyrim game with its crummy Bugthesda engine can handle. Here is a link to a recent LL thread in which Fore (of FNIS fame) talks about the differences:
