I found this picture but I couldn't find any link or info about it.  Does anyone know if this is a released follower?  Thank you!

Follower, but looks like work in progress so probably not released yet.

I have seen her before and not from the mod space octopus mentioned.

Try searching for "Elf follower" on the Nexus. There are probably others that look just like her.

Mobear named her Stephanie, but she's still w.i.p.

He made a similar elf follower and named her Elis.

Yep, you're right. I just changed my previous post and corrected my mistake.

The name of that follower is Stephanie, and she's still work in progress.
Mobear makes wonderful followers. His Serana and Cailin, in my personal opinion. are stunning amazing.

Thank you all very much!  It does appear that we won't be able to have Stephanie anytime soon... however, I did discover that Mobear is still active on his website!  V2.0 of Olivia was released last month and V3.0 of Elis is available for download, so who knows what might happen in the future.  Here's the link:

I'm really sorry. Unfortunatly the download link has expired and on his Serana page Mobear expressly wrote: "Redistribution prohibited".

For fairness reasons, I think it's more correct you ask him to re-upload the mod (there is a form at the bottom of the web page) or his authorization to share it.
