So I cant find the file needed for loverscreature.esm and without it I cant active some of the files needed could anyone help me find this file?

LoversCreatures is partof the Lovers Sex system.

 

You need LAPF

For Lovers installation.  Nude bodies,  BBB, OBSE, Pluggy, ...  If you install Oblivion wrong Lovers will not work !

!! And Lovers creatures have not dicks!!! Only the creatures you summon with a spell have a dick. All original game creatures have no dick.

Then the cold hard reality is you probably need to skip modding Oblivion.  All of the info on how and what to install is right in the pinned threads and if you refuse to read them, then you are just going to fuck your game up to the point that it will unplayable.  Sorry to sound harsh, but there aren't any easy buttons for modding.  We are here to help, but we are not going to spoon feed you.  You will need to follow the basic instructions and YES, that means reading all the pinned threads before asking questions.
