I don't have the ini file it's telling me to fix

SKSE doesnt generate one, so you have to create one like that:

 

First create a SKSE.ini if there isnt one already
it should look like this:
[Display]
iTintTextureResolution=2048
[General]
ClearInvalidRegistrations=1
EnableDiagnostics=1
[Memory]
DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768
ScrapHeapSizeMB=256
[Debug]
WriteMiniDumps=1

 

and goes to: skyrim/data/SKSE

 

or check Nexus for skse.ini for lazy users

Yes, that is all it needs. It tells SKSE how to handle it's plugins.
