Sims 4 HELP

Hi, so I downloaded wicked whims and that works fine, but I'm trying to add more animations but they aren't showing up when I open the game

 

My questions:

1. What format do the animations have to be in?

2. Is there something I should do to them before I put them in the sims 4 mods folder?

you sure you extracted/unzipped them?
