*SOLVED* Help with CTD Skyrim SE (Devious Devices)

I'm having trouble with a CTD that I started getting after installing devious devices (Devious Devices - Assets, Devious Devices - Integration, Devious Devices - Extension). The CTD occurs when I try to load a game or start a new one. I'm sure I have all the required files for devious but maybe something slipped by. I have SKSE64 downloaded, and I make sure to run the game with it, I also have run FNIS SE. Uninstalling devious fixes the ctd, but reinstalling it brings it back. I used bodyslide to batch build, I just selected batch build then built them, not sure if I did something wrong. I use NMM and LOOT to sort and install mods.

I'm really not a pro at debugging but did you try the two DD hotfixs in the thread (page 9 i think)? It fixes ctds for a lot of people.

Whew, finally got it working. I downloaded the patches and hotfixes mentioned, didn't fix the ctd but im glad to have them anyways. Kept reading through the thread and saw a lot of people talking about too many anims. Didn't realise that whilst fnis xxl was fine with the anims I had, my pc was begging me to stop. Deleted a few packs and bam, no more ctd. Ty for directing me to the thread zawi82

Did not want to necro this thread, but was wondering what it means when your not crashing on new game but with alternate start use the bed then when entering the new room then the crash occur ???

 

Also it seem that devious devices is spouting allot of error at that time because sexlab is not even started yet. but the way i got it to work is before using the bed is quickly save the game hit the tilde key and use kill command on the player so the game is forced to start over and then i can use the bed normally. not sure why though but this was the only way for me to fix this. this is with the latest devious devices i think it is 4.2 for Skyrim SSE Also have hotfix for devious devices on.
