ZeroListGram Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 I have a few mods installed (including graphical ones), but they shouldn't matter, since this happened even with pure vanilla (not even USLEEP). Grass is disabled in the video to better show the issue, although you can still see it to a lesser degree even with incredibly thick grass. The video was recorded with a phone because I wasn't sure if a video capturing software would show the issue (as I'm not entirely sure that it isn't a hardware issue). Keep in mind, I got my new PC today. It has Win10, which I've never used before (and wish I never had to...). This is a completely fresh installation of Skyrim. My monitor ( / TV) model is a Smart Tech LE-2219D. I suspect this is a hardware issue, since when I got it out of the box and started it up, everything looked awful with it (turning "sharpness" down to 0 helped a lot, as well as messing with other settings. This vibrating thing is the last I'd need to fix for it to be acceptable -- at least I think). Relevant system specs are: Intel Core i5-7400 Nvidia GTX 1050Ti 4 GB VRAM 8 GB RAM Installed mods: Spoiler Skyrim.esm Update.esm Dawnguard.esm HearthFires.esm Dragonborn.esm Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp Skyrim Project Optimization - Full Version.esm HighResTexturePack01.esp HighResTexturePack02.esp HighResTexturePack03.esp SkyUI.esp RelightingSkyrim_Legendary.esp Dark Dungeons for Skyrim-Dawnguard-Dragonborn.esp Natural Lighting and Atmospherics.esp Revamped Exterior Fog.esp ViscousGrass.esp ELE_Legendary_Lite.esp + Rudy ENB for NLA As I said, the mods doesn't seem to be relevant, as the exact same issue was present with pure vanilla as well.
