Always crash when i get head off!!

Old issue.  Has to do with having face overlays applied to your PC (and/or NPCs).  If a PC or NPC has a face overlay and is decapitated, CTD.  Unfortunately there is no fix (other that not applying face overlays).  This does not apply to overlays on other parts of the body or war paints.

Usually it is those applied by mods like RaceMenu - with this one, it is can be caused by anything under the Face Paints tab. SlaveTats might have something similar. Note that this does not mean the vanilla War Paints, or tintmasks applied through RaceMenu's Makeup tab.

The way to fix it, would be to use a mod like VioLens, and do one of two things - not apply any Face Paints to NPCs, and disable killcams for the player(so you can use the Face Paints for the PC without fear for such a crash), or simply disable Decapitations entirely. Note that disabling Decapitations does so for both the Player and NPCs.

When a npc decapited my pc the game crash.?

Skyrim does not support the player be beheaded,

It is an instant crash because it is not supposed to happen.

There is nothing to avoid it (and, no, it is not related to face paints, it is just not supported by the game engine.)

Not true.  Player decaps work perfectly fine on their own.  Never had a ctd with decaps ever unless face overlays (through race menu or slavetats) were applied to the player (or an NPC that is decapped).

I found out that some ppl were having similar issues when their characters
 were decapitated, so I tried their solution, for their problem was quite similar
 to mine. The solution was to tweak two values in SKSE>Plugings>niooverride.ini

[Overlays/Face] ; "Face [Ovl#]" and "Face [SOvl#]"
; Determines how many face overlays there should be
iNumOverlays=0 ; Default[3]
iSpellOverlays=0 ; Default[1]

*Note: If your having any problems like this change those values by 0.
My problem was that one of my mods which makes NPCs blush when intoxicated or
 having sex was conflicting every time their heads were cut off, I don't know
the technical solution but it is logical to think that if the head goes off from
the character the script cannot work properly, as a result you get the
 Skyrim blessing: CTD. I was able to figure this out because when I changed
 the values by 0 in niooverraide.ini the game did not crash when cutting heads,
 but the script started to show an error in the upper corner of the screen
(It would be beautiful if every time there's a problem the problem were told
instead of getting a CTD).

So what I did was just disable the blush on NPC and the damn problem is gone!

CTD are not for "coincidence", so this might be useful to you if you're hunting
an specific problem in your Skyrim, everything is logical.

Which one is more important to you in the end. That player/npc's look better, or that they can be decapitated? To me the answer is simple, install Violens and disable decaps.
