(REQ) Monli Village

Since the Monli mod is in the adult section I figured this should go here too. I really love the Monli mod. But I got to thinking would it be possible to add in a village, camp, town, or something with Monli? It is starting to strike me as odd that there are none except my character. I lack the ability to do this but I figured I'd post the idea.

I remember that mod for Oblivion that had an academy of Monli chars you could interact with.
