Custom Follower Eyes Missing Post-Head Mesh Change

Trying to change a custom follower's head mesh to Citrus! Everything works properly, except that the eyes are missing:

The textures on the FaceGen are linked correctly and so are the ones in the CK. Any idea as to what could be causing this?

If the eye mesh has been exported to the nif (FaceGeom) and the texture paths are correct, it may be a problem with ENB - so if you are using ENB.
With Shift + F12 (as default) ENB can be activated and deactivated in the game - for testing.

It's not my ENB because going in and turning it off and on does nothing ?
