I looked around a bit some time back when I first really started playing Skyrim with sex mods and at the time no one had yet made a male body with a working belly bone (node?) so that it looked like he was pregnant.

I have since tried to do it myself and sorta made one that actually worked but the body had showing lines between the other body parts (hands, feet, head) and large gaps between the mesh and his schlong (from SOS mod).  At this point its not so much that I want a working scale-able male tummy (still do) as it is challenge that is bothering me because I lack the skills to do it.

Has anyone made this yet? or is it just one of those things that will never happen?

I think I saw something like that months ago browsing LL , so it might be here already.
On the subject - you can copy belly node from female skeleton nif to male skeleton nif in Nifskope and add weight paint data to male body belly.
Say,how to add weights to selected bone for hdt:  in 3dmax it would be > Skin (Envelop ) > select Bone (belly) select  Vertices (choose area) and adjust Weight Properties from 0.02 - 0.2 to add weights to vertices and then export.Add data to xml for belly bone (same as breasts data).

With belly node (jiggling):

I regard the following point rather as problematic that virtually all the armors/ clothes are currently not compatible with belly bone/ node.

Alternatively, you can check and try SAM (reloaded) at Vectorplexus.com for belly bone as well as chubby morph ('samuel').

Google 'HDT BBB Bounce for SAM'.

SAM has most of the vanilla-DLC armors/ clothes converted to make them compatible with its custom morph,

though not so many (especially non-skimpy non-vanilla) armors / clothes are compatible with that body morph mod.
