How to create a High Poly Face?

Hello guys, i'm new in modding, just made a few silly retextures for myself and some mesh replacers, but i wanted to do something a little bit more complex, i found this mod:

That adds more polys to the face, but the i have the "Khajiit Lion et Lioness" mod which i love, but the thing is that that mod does not have a high poly mesh, makes the faces of the khajiit all blocky looking, so i was wondering if theres a way to add more polys to the face?.

if you dont know what "Khajiit Lion et Lioness" is here are a few examples, makes the khajiit have a more "Lion-like" look instead of a "Lynx-like" looks.
