You'll need to be more specific.

 

If an animation stage is out of alignment, try resetting it using the '-' (hyphen-minus) hotkey.

 

If the actors are not animating, check that there are no errors or warnings in FNIS. Under SexLab MCM > Rebuild & Clean, try Clear Animations Cache or Reset Animation Registry.

I mean it barely lines up no matter how you adjust the position and the wrist is twisted and broken in the first stages

While the animation is running, check SexLab MCM > Animation Editor and make sure that all stage adjustments are set to 0.00.

 

The distorted wrist might just be a limitation of the mesh and skeleton, which may not work well in some poses. Would need a screenshot to know if we are on the same page there.

These are awesome esspecially the ABC one. Thanks so much for the time spent. I have also tried animating in blender and it isnt as easy as it may seem.
