Seems legit.

Although I don´t even have a clue what " This SKSE plugin fixes Skyrim's physics " means.

I had no idea that they were broken ?

And I don´t know what he is talking about.

But he sounds like he knows what he is doing...

*** EDIT ***

Oh, and by the way; as you posted your thread in "HDT Physics";

sorry man, I can´t see any relation between this mod and any HDT Physic.

He isn´t mentioning HDT anywhere.

His video has a subtitle, saying;

"The new game scene is the hardest part for skyrim´s (sic) physics system to handle"

nothing about HDT is shown in that video

There is actually some discussion about the HDT in the posts of this mod at Nexus. That's why I put this here.

I can tell one thing about HDT...

The FPS cap has only the most minimal influence on HDT.

(About 90% of all HDT Problem are based on bad writing in its XML files.)

And HDT is not a basic feature af vanilla Skyrims physic system.

So whatever this "(SKSE) Havoc Fix" mod is, if it changes sonething about your framerate, or V-Sync, or Fullscreen or ENB...

If you get problems with a high-end graphics and even too high FPS for good old skyrims vanilla physics system, this mod might help...

...but you don´t think you need it for fixing any HDT issue.

I have now tested this mod a bit. I have a Gsync monitor and I could occasionally get fps as high as around 120 (outside with ENB). It sounds good, but for me it's not smoother for some reason. I actually had something like small stuttering at the ground when I was moving. And the HDT physics worked as well as before. The only problem I have with the HDT is that when I save a game, all the HDT clothes and hairs "fly" around for a couple of seconds.

I'm gonna follow the old rule with this one - if it's not broken, don't fix it - meaning I will not use this, at least not now. I will still follow the HDT discussion at Nexus though. Who knows, maybe something new arises.

The fix is legit, albeit redundant as these "settings" can be accomplished by locking your framerate using the Havok ini fix published on reddit, facepunch and wherever else it ended up.

It's also extra more double redundant seeing as PE is no longer supported by anyone with an ounce of common sense aside from Bazinga.
