Thanks to everyone for your effort to help me.  The most similar dresses are probably the R18Pn Set - Inner Wear Set, rather the second version, but it would be need a little edit, remove small piece of the top part. 

 

(I would only have the top, I would use another skirt)

 

I wondered add NiAlphaProperty and then delete part of the texture, but it creates nasty jagged edges ?

If you upscale the texture so you have more pixels to work on and use the "feather edges" options for the GIMP tools, you may be able to fix that so the edge is smooth. Otherwise, the only other way would be to edit the mesh itself.

I'll probably try to edit the texture again and try GIMP.

Just load it into outfit studio, put the stuff you want to remove under a mask, invert it and delete vertices.
