Was your game stable in the past with those mods?

Find an ENB (not ENBoost) on Nexus that looks good to you and follow the instructions provided by the mod author.

So what do you suspect the problem might be? When the game freezes it is almost always related to insufficient memory. This is fixed by using the SKSE memory patch and a properly configured ENB.

Add your mods back in a few at a time until you start to experience problems again. Then you should have a better idea of what is causing the problem.

Something must have changed in your installation, and unless you can provide very specific clues as to what that might be then it becomes just a guessing game for me.

It freezes manually when I press f4 so that might be a clue
