Someone walks in. The relationship moves. That part was already true.

1.3.1 stops the mod from treating every snippet in the save as a secret search. If this save has no SimSecret, the probe says `reason=no_simsecret` and nothing is filed. The notice says a Secret was written only when one actually was.

At home, a witness still changes the relationship. The notebook stays shut. Fame stays put.

On a public lot, a Secret is filed only when Royalty & Legacy has already given the game a WooHoo secret to write. This mod does not invent one, and it does not move simoleons.

## What you get

- One scene, one result. A group is one scandal, not one per pair.
- Young Adult, Adult, and Elder only. A child, teen, or pet in the act means nothing is written.
- A witness is someone in the room, in the doorway, outside nearby, or already reacting. No witness, no scandal.
- A spouse, fiancé, or partner who sees it loses romance and friendship, and gets Jealous and Angry. Jealous and loyal take it harder. Noncommittal takes it lighter. Polyamorous is a twinge. Cuckold can be thrilled. The next time cuts deeper.
- Family and friends lose a step of friendship. A rival is amused. A stranger is shocked.
- The pair in the act feel it. Ashamed, flirty, or both.
- A partner who was not in the room can still hear, when someone who would actually talk saw it.
- Get Famous, if you own it: a reputation ding, and only if that Sim is already famous.

## Install

1. Quit The Sims 4 completely.
2. Unzip so you have `Mods\BlackBox_WWPublicScandal\BlackBox_WWPublicScandal.ts4script`.
3. Put that folder beside WickedWhimsMod, never inside it. One copy only.
4. Script Mods ON. Load a lot.
5. `testingcheats true` then `wws.status`. You want `WWS 1.3.1` and `WW=1`.

Proof it loaded: `Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\mod_logs\WWPublicScandal.log` contains `bbwws.py import` and, after a lot loads, `WWPublicScandal v1.3.1`.
