A young woman named Thaena is struggling to build a new business. She has inherited an abandoned mansion in the lawless lands between Falkreath and Hammerfell, with dreams of turning it into an inn for travelers. Of course, destiny has other plans, and an idea for a new business is formed.

 

Animal Mansion Reborn is a rebirth of the Animal Mansion series of mods (The Animal Mansion, The Animal Mansion Redux, Animal Mansion Plus and Animal Mansion 4). Although created based on ideas, NPCs and quests established in the prior mods, it is an entirely new mod. For those not familiar with the Animal Mansion mods, the focus of the Animal Mansion's activities involve establishing a business where guests can live out sexual fantasies with creatures, but there are ample opportunities for non-creature sex as well. 

 

This mod can be played by male or female PCs, although all creature animations put the PC in the female position. Male PCs do not have to participate in creature sex. The mod supports one (female) follower, and the follower can be used in place of the PC for creature activities. The mod should work with vanilla or custom followers. If you bring Tirwin from Animal Research as a follower (leave Ragnar behind), Tirwin will have custom dialogue. Female followers can also be acquired via the mod's quests. The mod is currently voiced with xVASynth. There is no MCM. The FOMOD installer includes a patch for JK's Skyrim.

 

Included in this initial release of the mod are the starting quest, a quest to build the mansion, quests to collect three initial animals, repeatable quests to put on private shows for initial clients, and repeatable quests to assist dog and horse sellers demonstrate the breeding skills of their animals. Side quests and a large amount of extra content are also included. Note that the "repeatable" dog and horse sale quests do not simply repeat like in prior AM versions, but differ substantially with each new location. Accordingly, the six total dog/horse sale quests each offers original content, some of it substantial. Future releases will add more animals, quests and other content to the mod.

The BodySlide files in the download area can be ignored. They are just there for people who want to adjust some of the outfits provided in the mod for their PC or followers. The actual download is on MEGA, via a link provided in the text file in the download area.

 

To Start the Quest:

 

Enter the Dead Man's Drink tavern in Falkreath, listen to the conversation that begins, and then talk with Valga Vinicia (the innkeeper).

In some sex scenes, the mod will try to use a specific animation from this pack. If it is not found, animations will be called based on tags instead.
 
Potential Conflicts:

 

Random sex mods - While not strictly incompatible, mods that generate their own random sex scenes with the PC or NPCs should be disabled while on Animal Mansion quests because they can interfere with scripted encounters
Mods that modify the land beyond Skyrim's borders - This mod opens the Skyrim borders to add new content. However, there should be no conflict with mods that use the Pale Pass, e.g., Beyond Skyrim - Bruma, Rigmor of Cyrodiil.
