As a Tiny Home you'll get reduced bills and a skill boost, whilst the Starter Home price tag will leave a few Simoleons in the pocket in order to survive. Oak Alcove is nothing flashy, but its cosy and has all your Sim needs to start out in a new world. This home fits snuggly onto a 20x15 lot and has a price tag of around $18k. After downloading simply transfer the Oak Alcove Tray files to your games Tray folder and the CC files to your Mods folder and then you're good to go.
