I've decided to transform all of Newcrest into a Gay Village, with every neighbourhood having one rental, at least one residential, and 1-3 community lots, all of them proudly embracing and displaying cocks, balls, butts, and hot MLM.

 

Sandy Run Rentals is the first location I've finished, with a mixture of basic and more comfortable units, then Sims are sure to find something that suits them, whether for a year, a week, or just a night.  The lot also comes with a large swimming pool, hot tub, laundry, and reception.

 

All the CC I've used should be in the corresponding folder, and I claim no ownership of it (there are far more talented people out there to thank)..

 

This is a 40x20 lot and costs just over $136k

How should this be installed as it is not showing in my game? Should all "PACKAGE" files be extracted from the "CC" folder and placed in the MODS folder? Please help.

This zip is missing at least some CC:

1. In the 1st screenshot on the right, you can see a painting from Cubman_vs Priapus_Shooting_The_Past.package (available here)

Once that's added, everything imports correctly except for 1 "Build Mode substitution" that I couldn't figure out and the magazine on the table in the middle of the laundry room being missing, despite the CC being provided (JS- Men'sHealth_Mags.package, "JS Men's Health Advice Stack" in-game)

Although I guess it doesn't really matter for my purposes since it seems like you replaced this lot with Ridgeline Apartments in the Newcrest Gay Village?
