This is a small patch that replaces Sexlab framework with Toys and Love framework in MiniNeeds.

This replaces the following sexlab based effects with T&L effects:
- Showering removes cum
- Sex addiction can trigger T&L masturbation scenes
- Blowjobs with cum considered as food
