Is Export still broken in this version?

Attached are the original instructions (unverified) in PDF format for installing and using the Blender plugin (v0.92 IIRC.)

I think so.  Then again I don't use export only import to transfer weight.

Cant seem to extract  io_tkm17_Ext_v0921.7z as it says it's corrupted.

it's because both of the Ext .zip are actually corrupted -.-

this may help if you have problem blex-0.4

I also want to add that the addond has a lot of bugs (at least for me), pay special attention to the labels for directories, whether they are correct or there are unnecessary characters like     ..\\ ..\\
