How to install?
First of all, make sure " Enable Custom Content and Mods" option is turned on in your game. After activating this settings, you need to restart the game. Before restarting the game, download some of the Sims I shared. (Screenshot 1)
After downloading a Sim, extract the Sim's files from the rar. You will get the following folders; Mods,Tray.
Put the files in the "Mods" folder in > Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
Put the files in the "Tray" folder in > Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray
After doing all this, when you open the game, click on the gallery icon in the upper right and check the "include custom content" box. This is how you can see your downloaded Sims. (Screenshot 2)

First... thanks to all the creators of the CCs being used which include Turbodriver, SMSims, PralineSims, Miiko, Beto, CUUPID CORP, MMSims, LUUMIA, ... oh dear the page will probably filled with all the creators. I'll update the list as I find anymore. In short... I've used too many mods. Pretty much anywhere I can find a mod for I believe. But I like the sim so thought to share. ANYWAYS now that the crediting is mostly done... here's my story for the sim
Outline: Blaire starts of as an innocent little girl with stars in her eyes in front of the camera dreaming of money and fame of the future. Eventually, with all the nasty stuff that goes on in the industry, she does reach the peak and gets her goal but loses her innocence and becomes a downright slut.
Planning to keep posting about the story that I play with her and decide on a proper male lead... or maybe not... I don't know as of now which route I wanna take but currently I'm making her a master jewel crafter for the heck of it. If not noticeable enough, I've tried to make Blaire a bimbo coz I got bored of the normal college hottie meets rich guy stories. And... I love some ink on a bimbo so went with the flow.
Hope you find the sim interesting like I do!
(NOTES: Coz I'm dumb enough... I don't have the original CAS build that I first started the sim off with, so Blaire has a lotta skills built up... coz tiny home.... Anyways some key mods that I use are Taichi's Bimbo mod, Alchemist's Kinky Expansion, and FalseHope's Tight trait.)
