A full body version might look dope. Just for those special occasions that make you want to break out the good mannequins.

We need a bronze version for the outdoors. With green patina like the statue of liberty. Dick well polished of course.

Is the face meant to be so lifelike? 

Vanilla mannequin's face is actually pretty good at draining out life, which is why it's so wonderfully spooky when the mannequin moves
