That "lollygagging" phrase had been tempting me for some cheeky comments the whole time. 

Thanks to the devines and karlpaws, we now can throw  proper literature at the guards

Yeah, after I started looking at the images to post here I wasn't sure if loli in a joke would run afoul of anything. The image looked adult enough to me, and the character it is supposed to be outside of Skyrim was over age.

There is another line in another game a guard type says that I always think of as well: "No loitering, whatever that means."
