Satsuki: Yes, it works like this. Human beings naturally have a limiter so that we can use slower and finer movements. Dragon Force is a technique that does two things. One it uses our magicka to boost our own physical strength, and two it disables that limiter thus we become far stronger than normal.
Emily: Whoa, that’s amazing.

Emily: Wait…..so….if you could do this….or rather the Akaviri in general, why don’t people use it?
Satsuki: Well there are two reasons.

Satsuki: One, its only available to certain Akaviri, particularly the people of the Tomoko clan. Normally purebloods but as of me this is not the case. The second is because it’s a double edged sword.

Satsuki: The muscle limiter keeps us from harming our own body’s but when we use Dragon force it turns off, as a result using this ability repeatedly destroys our bodies. The more we use it, the weaker we end up becoming later because while we are able to use more strength, our bodies aren’t able to heal from it, the magicka used to power us up also damages us in a way making it hard for the damage to be healed with magic, thus its only a last resort technique.
Emily: I see.

Emily: …..wait, so if you use this technique you might be able to destroy the orb.
Satsuki: Possibly, but with my strength as it is now, I wouldn’t be able to output the necessary force to destroy it.

Emily: fuck…..then we’re still screwed.

Satsuki: The grand swords of our clan allow us to channel our Magicka into them, it can help us slice things easier, and in a few rare cases.

Satsuki: Project a magic attack from them.
Emily: Wait, like the BloodSkal blade?

Emily: a rumored weapon able to project magical blades from it.
Satsuki: Hmmm, I suppose so, but bigger.

Satsuki: This attack is supposedly powerful enough to destroy a dragon, however it uses up all of our magika and stamina at once so after we use it, we simply black out.
Emily: I see, well I’ve got plenty of Magicka and Stamina potions left….do you think you might be able to us eit?

Satsuki: If I can use Dragon force again…then maybe. But even if I could, we still have to deal with Sina. With her in the way, there is no way I could use that attack due to it taking about 30 seconds to charge.
Emily: Yeah.

Emily: neither of us are a match for her, especially in our current condition.
Satsuki: Yeah…..well, you might be.

Emily: Buuut my healing speed also depends on the amount of magicka in my body as well. When I was overcharged I was able to fight against Agnar without getting a wound that lasted longer than 10 seconds…at least when my succubus side fully came out.
Satsuki: Overcharged? What do you mean by that.

Emily: My magika, a normal person has a set amount of magicka pool that can be increased by training. Overcharging is when you get a large access amount of magika well beyond your natural pool, in some cases it can also harm you but for Succubus it just makes us more relaxed. Thankfully for us Overcharging is easy, we could even do it here, thought it’d be a small boost but enough.
Satsuki: Really that’s great! Lets do it right now.
