Shea's Story-Act 2- Chapter 8
In Mortum Castle...
Solomia: Oh...that was good, I didn't know you still had a knack for it.
Shea: Well, I have many talents.
Solomia: I'll have to agree.
Solomia: But do you ever think about when things were simpler?
Solomia: Before we had to worry about vampires or daedric lords.
Shea: Of course I think about it, hard not to now. You had it much easier than me, you never had to deal with Father's anger and rage.
Solomia: I didn't do a thing, looking back, I realise how much that hurt you, your own sister just watching as it happened.
Solomia: But at least he was the worst, we never had to worry about any of the vampires and conspiracies.
Solomia: I miss the times when we could just lay with each other all day and not worry about a thing, we were so lucky then.
Shea: Yeah we were lucky, but there isn't any turning back, and besides we wouldn't be here now without our father forcing vampirism onto us.
Solomia: I can't help but wonder how differently our lives would've turned out without it though.
Shea: Yeah, but when was it things got really bad, it was the day before the ritual, wasn't it?
About a century ago...
Shea: How's mother she looked in a bad way last time I saw her?
Solomia: I'm sure she-
Father: Why do you care? You were the one who did it to her.
Father: Actually almost anything bad that has happened to her has come from you.
Solomia: I'm sure she'll get through it, she always does.
Shea: I...I hope so.
Father: You don't think that! You caused it, you never apologised, do you know how much that hurt your mother!
Father: you've nearly killed her twice, this and when you were born.
Shea: I...I...think I'm going to go.
Father: Fine then! Go, I don't want you here anyway.
Solomia: Father, I don't think she had ill intent.
Shea: She's right
Shea: But I am going, I need to, I'll see you tomorrow.
Father: You aren't going anywhere.
Shea: You said you didn't want me here, so I'm going.
Father: Not that easy daughter!
Shea: Oww!
Father: You don't ever leave until I say you can.
Shea: Ye...yes father.
Father: Good, I hope you learnt your lesson this time.
That same night...
Shea: Why does he hate me so much?
Solomia: I don't know sister, but now isn't the time.
Solomia: We have to prepare for the ritual tomorrow.
Shea: I don't know whether I can, not with father like this.
Solomia: You can! You're stronger than you think, it'd take a lot to break you.
Solomia: Now come on to bed and stop sulking, because that won't change anything.
Shea: I guess you're right.
Solomia: I normally always am right.
Solomia: Oh are you going to make me beg you to come to bed?
Shea: I might, you're adorable when you're begging.
Solomia: Pleeeaaasssseee.
Solomia: Pretty please.
The day after...
Shea: He...hello?
Shea: Anyone here?
Molag Bal: Oh you're a sceptic? You're going to be fun to break.
Shea: Actually...uhm, I'm not sure I want to go through with this.
Molag Bal: There's no way out mortal, there never is, never was and never will be a way out.
Shea: I, really want to leave.
Molag Bal: You really think the lord of domination would let you go so easily?!
Molag Bal: once you're in, you are never getting out.
Shea: Well how do I?
Molag Bal: Closer.
Molag Bal: Closer. There!
Shea: Ahhh!
Shea: Where am I?!
Molag Bal: Welcome to Coldharbour, find the tower straight ahead, and don't die to my servants, you're such a beautiful creature, I'd like to have my fun first before I let them have their's.
Molag Bal: I'll see you soon, mortal.
Shea: I think this is the place.
Shea: It certainly looks like it.
Shea: Hello! Anyone?
Molag Bal: Hello.
Shea: What?! Oh no.
Molag Bal: Try to enjoy this slut, it will make it much easier for you.
Present day...
Solomia: Well, we all went through it sister, no matter how degraded we were, we came out alive.
Solomia: And you're stronger than most, so you had it harder than everyone, but here you are, alive and well.
Shea: Alive, yes, but well. I don't think so.
Solomia: No matter how you are, you're perfect and alive and well, even if it's just to me.
Solomia: I'll always love you, no matter what you go through or however long it takes to cope with it.
Shea: Thank you.
Solomia: C'mon there's no need for that, just dust yourself off and carry on, things can only go up now that I'm back here.
Shea: Right, of course.
Thanks for reading, I know this one was shorter than the others, but the next one won't be. Thank you again!
