I made enough changes since the beginning of the year (and received enough of a performance gain from them) to post an update.
Notably, I ended up having both the esp and esm files for The Reach, which caused serious performance issues. The game has been very smooth since I kept only the esm file.
I also removed some quest mods that are not enough part of the lore for my taste, like Falskaar. I did add the latest Bruma extension - it is just too good, especially with Rigmor of Bruma adding a patch for it.
I am still using the SnowFall Weathers - with Realtime Snow Cover as my default ENB.
As before, mods marked with a 0 in this list are either not selected in my current testing game or merged into the bashes patch to save some slots.
