If your question is animating still image to get a pan&scan motion as transition between images, you've got several ways to do this :
— Use your own video editor software transition filter, and then upload it to youtube. Quality will depend from your skill and software, but though it will require experience to get what you want, it will allow you to fully customize your videos. Of course each software is different, so do not expect to find a tutorial applicable to all different softwares.

— Create your video directly in Youtube. Youtubers hava a « creator studio » icon at the top right of their youtube main screen. From there you go to « create » => video editor. Then you have a photo icon that allows you to drag photos into the video timeline, and a pan&scan option that allows you to have the zooming motion effect you're searching to. However you won't be able to choose the motion (can't move from left to right for example), and adjusting speed is somewhat limited... so beginners only.

Of course, even if way simpler than external freewares, it is expected you have a least a basic understanding of how to use video editing software. If not... then I'm afraid a single post in LL won't be enough/the right place to learn those to you, and you should start learning them first.

If you want to add a video to a nexus image post you just click on the icon that looks like the youtube logo.
