Do not know what body you are using for the PC, but BHUNP has a couple of morph for hentai like troupes about belly\uterus stretching.  You could also make your own morphs with Outfit Studio.  

Here is BHUNP-BellyLowerSwell2 at 100%. If combined with Mu Dynamic NormalMap, it may help with the skin shader normals morphs shading.  Do not use for the face, it will make it weird.

I usually let the collision system handle the bulge, but that's actually good idea!
