Thank you. I really hate to disapoint you but it's not the preset that is doing this.  

I am using a mix of niopa and Screen Archery menu and changed a lot of the colision boxes for hands and head to archive these pictures. 

Of course you can try to use mine and see if they work naturally but they won't work as good as they do with all the workaround I do for screenshots

Put those in here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\SKSE\Plugins

But make a backup of your current files to be save. And check if you have this file "CBPCollisionConfig_Female" , I'm not sure if it comes with the rest or if it's a file the anal collision mod adds, might have bugs if you add it without that mod.

PS: My 3ba body is pretty outdated by now. You might just want to copy paste the numbers. there are a lot of features I disabled like side gravity and such
