She didn't run away because the guards of Whiterun and Irileth would have hunted her down like a deer, and she didn't expect the damn dragon to come back.
The dragon either died because of all the arrows and some throwing knifes or because he laughed himself to death. (Fine, it's his role to die in this quest & unlike a certain blue-haired part-time heroine, he sticks to the script ...
The blonde is Chloe = the most disloyal follower of Lilith
Lilith ever had and her first, but I've emphasized that more in the text now.
@where's the dungeon: If Lilith doesn't know yet, why do you want to know? 😛

Seeing how much you seem to like working the blog, There are a few pointers I would like to give you 😃
(I mean I could give you a lot more xD but let's keep it simple, if you would like more hit me up^^)

I would advice you to use another editing tool with better font quality like Paint.Net (that's what I am using for writings and edits.) it's letters don't pixelate and it comes with a few very nice addons to use, like the shadow frame to make words more readable and some other nice visiual effects.

And I don't you if you are aware but there is a very neat camera mod for skyrim,
