i heard some hot springs around ""Near"" widndhelm... i mean half way shout beatwen riften and windhelm. lot of women usualy bath here.

some castle too where bandit mages live and do experiemnts.... necormancers and other things...

maybe kylne abbey? i butcher the name. the tavern near the main quest where you officaly assigned kill a dragon that alduin revive as you arrive.

You're right about their rankings in my opinion (well Kinda, I believe nocturnal and Sheo should be on the same level. But I am not entirely sure if that's true or not ? Afterall Sheo can alter reality.. )

And that's exactly why Alice is a Gun that needs to be handled very carefully. I can't let her snap out without major consequences I am not ready to deal with yet.  (I can only get away with Arlan because Hircine is what? Rank 9 or 10? He might even just before last place.)
