becuse arlan is a strong actor yes with strong thick abilitys but no special power to fight aginst dragon level enemys. (or at least not we know of)

Yes it is deadly as is but the problem with this mod is that there are a lot of prerequisites that require other prerequisites.

Yeah as of now, not much I'm honest here. Since we got two Things to deal with already good old Alduin does the skyrim logic and waits. I will get a reason for that however. Something something, he can only resurrect a few of his Pals and needs to recharge or something ?

Doing a Scene of his Site is not that easy, but Yorpers gave me a pretty good Idea, so I will do something like that later on. For now focusing on Markarth a bit.^^

I agree, but all of them ain't really Dragon Killers as of now. ? Take away their Gimmicks and Equip.. Well you've seen how hard it was for him to deal with the last Guy xD Got ma perfect Trainer for team B tho..

The Grey Beard in Training, the Guy who got the Twins that lucky bastard, is Human Entirely, well now he is.

He is Arlans Dad and "owned" the Dragonborn powers Sofia got now. I will explain that another Time a bit better, seems like I did not the best Job with that^^

I have thought about it yes, but there is not enough Space in the story right now^^

We already got plenty of material I can work with, so if Dawnguard ever comes, it might just be a quick Thing. In anyway it would take a long time until I consider it. First the Civil War and the Dragons and personal plot points in between. ^^

Mh.. I won't say anything about her personal feelings towards him, but she being there is quite easy to explain: Lilit. Those three are always together and if that weren't true.. We wouldn't had the joy of watching her laying Mr.Daddy

Yeah Number two is.. Not really my thing and looks to be kinda gameplay oriented. I threw everything gameplay out a long time ago. Right now it's really the first Link. But since I haven't thought about it.. could Change if I really were to do dawnguards plot at one point ?

Maybe something more mature looking

Serana becomes a bloodthirsty, sex-crazed maniac.
They have fearsome death spells that can even affect the PC.

The point about number two is ... it's perfect B-Movie stuff (or perhaps C-Movie ... is there such a thing?). It's not the replacer (that's from Kangashima IIRC, and while that mod is intended to use that special replacer, it would be easy enough to change). The point about Serana Dead Sexy is: It's all about sex, nudity, violence and gore. Sounds familiar?
If you pair that with Serana Dialogue Overhaul you are doing something wrong (they are supposedly compatible though), SDA gives you a Serana that nice, sweet and could put most Paladins to shame while SDS ... well she might actually sync well with Arlans darkest "corner". ^^

Mhm.. True it does ring a bell ? Apart from the gore. Not that I dislike the Idea to be able to rip somebody apart sometimes ? I planed something in Markarths later entrys to show off arlans darker side a bit. Sometime after he did Helgis (Sarahs Moms) Job and the Girls got to enjoy a nice.. (This is probably getting its own entry x,X) Time in the Temple. No Man around in a temple full of women and the better looking part of the group all  alone with them? This is gonna be the most time consuming entry yet x,X

So the difference between The Psychopath and the Girlfriend Mods, apart from psychos extreme requirements.. holy shit dude.. Is that one will leave me with serious brain damage and the other adds gore and stuff a plenty? Need to read more.. Do we get Locations too? ?  I'm a sucker for locations

You get a ... ermhhh ... player home (actually two). First one is aptly named Lair of Screams and well check it out ... there is also a tavern (Skull something) stacked with nude chicks. I think it also does make changes to some other locations, like the optional brothel for the Cold Haven Vampire city.
That said, as Hana pointed out, the mod has a lot of hard dependencies (and just as many optional ones). If you install it I would definitely make a separate profile for it, if not a separate install.
