Always good to do as other creators did: with different looks. Hairstyle & -colour, eye colour, standard armor, location, quests, background.. those kind of things.

I'd suggest not to change her face on users request - she is your work, and people should know and accept it, or create something by themselves.

If possible, I would not include the textures in the mod file - let people pick their own texture mod... hm.. but since you chose a muscular set.. well.. not sure, also because of the schlong. If there is more then one texture mod available, and if it's not too much of a burden, I'd consider it (if it were up to me).

 Well I understand , but in order to avoid seems in the neck  and genitals I would always recommend Fair Skin , I use the 4 k one , and it as just a slight seem in the genitals depending on lightning Mods one uses with mine I have no seems but if there is more than one light source sometimes a soft seem can be detected  on certain angles !

As for the Face and body I like Followers with different body styles but just when they bring their own Armor.. This follower will be this Body Mesh and the body style , I am not changing that , the skin textures I can make it to use the skin one has installed but that will be an optional download for sure ...

Anyway Its still soon to talk since I am learning step by step how to do it its damn confusing for the first time , I guess after I can make the next ones more easy and faster ... Still in dev this one thought ...

One more thing, general topic: don't expect people to immediately react to your follower. Be prepared for no reaction at all.

Not saying: expect the worst!

But, over the years, many very enthusiastic people got frustrated for the lack of feedback.

You do this for yourself - that should motivate you. To become better / more versatile / stay in the loop.
