No requirements are needed, it should work and it worked for my testers. 

Try to unpack the .bsa via something like bae ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/974 )

see if that helps.

You know my main favorite genre is cyberpunk!

Like I have several Cyberpunk world spaces I made in Fallout 4 and lots more in FalloutNewVegas!

Even with loose files is not working, maybe is incompatible with some other custom place that I have?

Tbh. I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Incompatiblities between location mods are close to impossible. I see lots of people posting screenshots on Twitter of both LE and SE, so I assume it works for most people.

I'm really sorry, does it freeze during loading?

Are you sure you downloaded the correct version for the correct skyrim version you have?

Yes, it freezes after I hit enter on console T-T 

About the version, I downloaded SE version, I'll reinstall it, also do some tests, if I realize what's the problem, I come back here

No way! You will not believe (actually You will, I'm a dunce?) — I was trying to use txt file to bat the command instead of just type coc ANCyber, that's the reason of freezing.

Yes, bat files don't work for coc commands, not sure why.

SE: No issue/Perfect
