yes, it can be done in default schlongs of skyrim, open the MCM menu for it and go into the submenu for whichever dick you want them to have and set the gender on the top right to female and the probability to each race to 100%

figure i'd relay my issue and solution here in the hopes it helps someone with the invisible female issue who are (like me) absolutely certain its loading after all other werewolf files, Bijin AIO seems to edit the werewolf body to be the urta nif, have this overwrite that too.
