  1. Same here. I have over 2000 hours played in SE now and all of the crashes I've seen have been self inflicted. I can easily play for hundreds of hours at a time with zero crashes. The only time I crash is when I install a new mod that has a conflict I didn't know about yet. LE crashes constantly with far less mods installed.
  2. The oldrim bodies all work in SE and so do the armor mods that use them. You just can't mix and match. If you want the new CBBE SE body then yeah you don't have a very good selection of armor mods. But if you use UNP/UUNP/oldrim CBBE/etc then you have exactly the same selection of armor mods in SE as you did in oldrim...
  3. Interesting. So this would potentially explain some of the crashes I was getting when I had survival mode enabled? Currently using my usual Campfire+Frostfall+iNeed combo and have not had any crashes in hundreds of hours (with survival mod installed but not enabled in game). There are a few other mods I've tried that are tagged as both an esp and an esl that might have this problem too I'm guessing (mainly patches). I'm guessing some of Shiva's esl based facetint mods might be more relevant for this.
  4. Almost every oldrim mod there is already works in SE unless it requires a DLL that does not exist for SE. So SE already has over 99% of all the mods that oldrim does.
  5. Oh nice, I didn't know debug did that. Will have to try it. Yeah I know about the deregister function in SLAL, I forget what it's called as well but I've used it after I disable the ones I know I don't want. Edit: Just tried and that works great. I use those same hud mods as well. I had never even used the debug options for Sexlab other than when I first installed sexlab, just to make sure it works. I tend to try to keep my spell/ability menu as clear as possible from debug/setup type spells. Will definitely leave it active now though, at least until I find all of the animations I actually like.
  6. Mine is from when I used to play Everquest. I made a Half-Giant character and when it came time to pick a name I just clicked the "Get Name" button. Yes, I'm THAT lazy
  7. I wish there was a hotkey to mark whatever the currently playing animation is to be deregistered after it finishes playing. There are quite a few animations that I've seen and don't especially like but I have no idea what they're called so it's hard to disable them without disabling everything else that sounds remotely similar. Sometimes the name makes it pretty obvious that I won't like it and I can deregister it when I'm doing the initial setup for my game but there's a lot of them that I really have no idea what they do based on the name. I guess I need to watch more porn
  8. - Poorly done conversions of R rated shows to lesser ratings. If you want a version without swear words or whatever then film it without swear words with dialog that sounds believeable for the characters involved. Don't just dub over them with something that sounds retarded. If I can tell it was dubbed, I don't even want to see it. It's completely immersion breaking for me. - Related to the above, if I see a show or movie I want to stream and it's rated R, I expect to see the uncut R rated original version, not the dubbed over crap that was on NBC last week and if I actually bought it then I want my money back if it's not uncut.
  9. I actually like most types of music but Pink Floyd is my goto band one of the few that I can point to that I like pretty much every song they've ever done. Most bands have a mix of good and bad songs.
  10. That was my experience. With SoS Light I only crashed when I had Sleep Tight set up to make people strip when they sleep. If I changed that so that people sleep clothed then no crash. If you do switch to SOS Full at some point, I made a patch that just changes their skeleton to the default male skeleton and if you use that then you don't crash even if they take their body armor off. Sex scenes don't look right for them though, they're wearing underwear (the animations still play and no crash though). Sex with everyone else in AHO works fine. I just played through using SOS Full plus my patch and everything worked fine. Those 2 just don't have the dwemer prosthetics with my patch, they just look like regular Telvanni (no dark faces either). They're supposed to look like Telvanni/Dwemer cyborgs. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19209
  11. I was looking at Sexlab in SSEEDIT and I'm wondering if customizing preferences might be as simple as just overriding the SexLabGenderFaction record. There is an entry that looks like this: Ranks Rank RNAM - Rank# 0 MNAM - Male Title Treat Male as Male FNAM - Female Title Treat Female As Male Rank RNAM - Rank# 1 MNAM - Male Title Treat Male as Female FNAM - Female Title Treat Female as Female If I want a game where all males are straight and all females are randomly assigned, would changing the above entries to this do it? Ranks Rank RNAM - Rank# 0 MNAM - Male Title Treat Male as Male FNAM - Female Title Treat Female As Male Rank RNAM - Rank# 1 MNAM - Male Title Treat Male as Male FNAM - Female Title Treat Female as Female If that works it would be easy to make additional tweaks that would make all males or all females either straight or gay (no idea how you would make them bi using this method though).
  12. Some things I'd like to see: 1. option to globally set orientation for all males and all females instead of randomly assigned (and not having to manually override each individual NPC) 2. ability to set rules that restrict which position is taken according to sex, orientation, and whether or not it's the PC or an NPC. So for example I could set a rule that says the PC is never in a female role regardless of sex. Or I could set one that says the gender of all actors must match the gender tags in the animation (not the orientation). 3. option to to set a hotkey that deregisters the animation currently being played and picks a new one (so I can disable the ones I don't like as I see them without having to know their name)
  13. Found a way to get get SOS and AHO to play nice without black faces. They do lose their prosthetics though, they just look like regular dark elves. All I did was redirect the 2 custom races that those to use to the default male skeleton instead of the custom AHO skeleton. I don't know if that breaks something else later on, but I can summon both of them with SOS Full installed now and I don't crash and they have normal looking faces. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19209
  14. From what I've noticed, if you enable them in the MCM it doesn't work on NPCs at all but sort of works on the PC. Unfortunately after the animation ends the PC seems to get whatever facial expression was being used "stuck" on them for an extended period of time (sometimes hours). Better to just disable til it's fixed.
  15. SOS has an entire MCM page devoted to that. Maybe you installed SOS Light instead?
