  1. Disable your script blocker(s).
  2. Not really. You provided one singular example (Wabbajack) that appears to operate contrary to how most modlists do. Wabbajack is not representative of how most modlists are compiled or maintained (or rather, not maintained). Most of them are just someone trying to get some quick attention for "internet cred" before promptly abandoning the whole thing. And again, I'll repeat myself when I say that most modlists contain stolen content because permissions were neither sought nor granted to include in them.
  3. I'll concede that point, but I challenge you to refute my other points. You can't.
  4. You claim I'm spouting bullshit, but then come in with complete bullshit statements like these: No it isn't, and most people don't put in the effort to contribute back to the list makers. They certainly never take the time to reach out to individual mod authors (who often times are uncredited) to tell them about specific bugs. Yep, and modlists don't usually bother either. You usually get an old/out-dated/buggy version of a mod because that's what was current at the time the modlist was "curated". Nexus doesn't pay anyone who uploads their work. It's all "free", meaning Nexus keeps 100% of the advertising revenue. Seems to me like you're probably one of the thieves who steal other peoples' work and try to pass it off as your own by compiling a modlist.
  5. You're extremely unlikely to find support around here for "curated" modlists that steal and repackage content with no permission or recourse from the original authors/creators.

  7. AI generated, not real. That's why there's no video to go with it, just a static image of his face.
  8. A wench is generally in reference to a woman who will engage in pickup sex. It doesn't mean "prostitute", it just means "easy lay".
  9. This reeks of piracy. I'm not a moderator, so I can only ask: folks, please don't provide assistance here.
  10. Your (potential) funeral. I've made my points, so this seems as good a time as any to exit the conversation. It's clear no one is changing anyone else's mind.
  11. Right here. And you haven't answered my question: what does the existence (or lack thereof) of a Nexus legal team have to do with what YOUR attorneys should be advising YOU to do? YOU'RE the one that will have to initiate a lawsuit, not Nexus. The ball is in your court, and all you're doing by continuing to respond is provide potential ammunition to your opposition.
  12. I've already answered that question. Also, what does that have to do with what you quoted? If you are serious about litigating, then YOU will need an attorney, and usually the first piece of advice any competent attorney will give their client is to go "radio silent" about the issue. Any public commentary can be used against you.
  13. Then stop arguing your "case" here and do what every attorney always recommends: shut up. Leave it for the courts. Every time you post information about your "case" here, you run the risk of eroding your position. Just stop. That's genuine legal advice. I don't think you have a leg to stand on here, but out of all sincerity, the best action you can take is to not keep talking about it if you're serious about litigating. It can and might be used against you. I haven't bothered looking anything resembling recently, but if you have any advertising on moddingham, this might actually be true. Advertisers change rates according to exposure rates, and the number of registered users might be a factor.
  14. Interpreting XML data is not infringement. Using common variables like "StartScene", "StopScene", etc. is not infringement. You've failed to demonstrate anything beyond that. Please do share the case if you're being serious about that. I'd love to watch you lose. 😄 No, you tried to claim that they legally cannot deny your claim because you filled out the form properly, then out the other side of your mouth, acknowledged that they actually can. I set the record straight by removing your bullshit claims about the legality of denying your claim. Speculation, but grounded in reality. Nexus is a media empire of sorts, with lots of money involved. If you think for a moment that they're going to "cowboy" their way through that, you're sorely mistaken. Remember, this is the same organization that decided they could take legal ownership of distribution of any content that has ever been uploaded, and no one has prevailed in any challenge against it. They most definitely have a legal team handling legal aspects of running their business and website.
  15. Again, you're wrong. They can decline any request they want, just at the risk that you could include them in any lawsuit you choose to file. And I repeat: the fact that Nexus, with their paid legal team, decided you're full of shit is quite telling. https://www.quora.com/Can-I-decline-to-enact-a-DMCA-takedown-request-if-I-find-it-to-be-wrong
