Need help, pinched in arm glitch

Hi guys, I 'm wondering if there's a way I can fix this problem. Not sure why this started happening but my sims arms are being pinched in and oushed slightly forward when they stand. This has of course made animations off. Anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix this?

 

I'll leave soome examples below too show you what I mean.
