Skyrim Suddenly Loading Super Super Slow, Locking Up

!!!UPDATE!!!- Disabled all auto saves, now it loads in about a second. It has something to do with the saving.

 

My game was working just fine with all my mods installed just yesterday, then today, without having changed any mods or game settings, it's taking forever to load (62 seconds to get from inside the Bannered Mare to outside in Whiterun, locking up when quick saving or waiting). This happened to me last year when I had been playing Skyrim, just suddenly long load times that make the game virtually unplayable. I've tried the skse.ini memory tweaks, tried some minor tweaks to the Skyrim.ini, still bad load times. Also disk usage is at 100% when loading. What can I do to fix this? It's a HUGE bummer.

As for computer specs, I have a GTX 970, 16 GB of RAM, and my prcoessor is an Intel Core i5-2500K @3.30GHz (4 CPUs).

 

I know my Avast updated and forced me to restart my computer before this started happening, could that be related?

 

Also weirdly I noticed that my player started head tracking, which isn't something I had installed and wasn't happening before this stuff all started going down. Not sure if that's related, just weird.

Save Cleaner and Netimmerse Override Cleaner

today was update for windows 10, and propably all users have 70-100% disk usage by this

dont worry, just let update to install and restart computer

I checked Save Cleaner and it said I didn't have any Orphan Scripts, and as for NetImmerse Override if it gives me more problems I'll try that for sure, bookmarked it.

Ya, things seem to have gotten more back to normal (knock on wood). I get really jumpy with computer stuff, I've had my share of issues with computer parts in the past.

 

Decided to just go with no autosaves since that seems to be the main issue. I installed a SKSE plugin that changes quicksaves into hardsaves since the quicksaves would lock me up too. Now to find some good armor mods cause I can never seem to have enough freakin mods! Thanks for all the help guys.
