If I had a preference, id prefer it to be the more "natural" kinda, aka a woman / mother feeding a baby or child, not the act of providing pleasure during sex by an adult (though that would still work maybe)
FauxFurry Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 The Sims 4 is about the only one that I can recall at the moment. Functional breasts just aren't something that shows up in games very often without the use of mods.

mvelesk Posted May 19, 2018 Posted May 19, 2018 there are several breastfeeding/lactation scenes in my game Total Seduction, but they all involve adult male during sex scene. you must activate pregnancy mod and get girl pregnant to highest stage (there are 8 stages of pregnancy) to have those scenes available. also not all characters have those scenes, i think only npcs 6 have them (charlotte, noelle, luna, lila, sharon and amy). anyway, i will update pregnancy mod soon so there will be more of them.
