Skyrim Keeps Crashing Bleak Falls Barrows

Every time I try to head up the mountain from Bleak Falls Barrows my game always seems to crash.
I have Caffeine ENB, and I have selected all of my plugins and it still crashed going up the mountain. When I do open the Command Menu It does say Warning Access to non existing object with id 0x168. I also have TLC and made it to Bleak Falls Barrows but I crash as soon as I go up the Stairs.

This is all from Whiterun Direction.

Edit: Also Dragons CTD my game. 

 

Found out what it was Floating Health Bars for some Reason crashed my game.

I have already Cleaned out my mods before but if I need to then I will.
