Vampire Lord Revert Form Fix Issue

So i had this issue with my Vampire Lord form that everytime i used "Revert Form" i was no vampire anymore.

A vanilla bug as far as i know that can be fixed with this Oldrim Mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11307/?).

 

I unpacked the BSA and resaved the ESP in the SSE CK. And it works just fine - as in it fixes the bug.

However upon turning into Vampire Lord i automatically turn back after a couple of seconds. Which kinda defeats the purpose of this mod.

Because 5 seconds Vampire Lord or no Vampire Lord at all - doesn't matter in the end, does it?

 

Now.. the Mod Author seems to be inactive since Nov 2016.

Does anybody have an idea how to fix this issue i'm encountering now?

I uninstalled the Fix and used Fallrim Tools on my saved, which seems to have fixed both issues.
